Our parish is committed to working toward maintaining our facilities in the best condition possible so that our property can support our vision of becoming fruitful disciples proclaiming freedom in Christ. Every quarter we will update the information below with both general and large-scale maintenance projects that have been completed.

Completed Project January-May 2022
- Six emergency lights were replaced in the Ministry Center
- New toilet in rectory.
- New handicap door closures on Greenwood church entrance with sensors.
- Ministry Center windows: 8 cracked windows repaired.
- LED new fixtures in Ministry Center hallways.
- Six emergency lights were replaced in school.
- Asbestos abatement of a food pantry closet.
- A new chimney brick wall was built on the school roof.
- Three gutters were installed in the boiler room to collect leaking water from tunnels and foundations.
- Filter for drinkable water in Ministry Center kitchen installed.
- Broken circulating pump fixed for Paluch Hall heating system.
- Emergency lights installed in MC
- New handicapped door closures with sensors installed on church's Greenwood Ave doors
- New icemaker in Paluch Hall kitchen installed
- New chimney brick wall was built on the school flat roof

Completed Projects October-December 2021
- Parking lot was seal-coated and critical gaps filled with asphalt.
- All the roofs have been audited, and restoration and preventive maintenance plans were put in place.
- Hot water was restored to the Ministry Center after a multi-year absence.
- A new hot water heater was installed in the Ministry Center.
- Two metal grates at the West elevation of the Ministry Center were installed.
- The Ministry Center second-floor men's bathroom was repaired after being broken for years.
- The Paluch Hall water heater was fixed.
- In the Church, door closers on several doors were fixed and adjusted.
- Three wings of the school's flat roofs were fixed and sealed. The school west wing flat roof membrane was sealed on the entire perimeter.
- Light fixtures in the canopies and grounds were restored to proper operation
- A major rainwater leak was fixed in the school boiler room.
- Emergency exit lights plan implemented.
- Rectory: basement leak along the waste pipe in the foundation sealed; new faucet and garbage disposal installed in the kitchen, several new blinds on windows and doors installed.
- School: fixed and secured 30 linear feet of South wing soffit. Several plumbing issues were resolved, including toilets and sink replacement, rodding the lines, and faucets replacements.
- New garage door installed.
